Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to work flexible hours
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100 percent guest satisfaction
Monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Engage with and understand guests, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
