Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Ability to exert mobility for up to four hours at a time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings as required
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift
Willingness to work day or night shifts
Must relocate to Pittsburgh, PA before starting work

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Make menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
Anticipate guest needs and provide timely service
Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff
Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and promptly
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas throughout the shift
