Job Requirements

Must be minimum age to serve alcohol
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
Must be able to stand for 8 hours
Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays
Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check
Must pass drug testing as per companys Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
2+ years of previous experience working as a server preferred
Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Professional and dependable
Fine dining serving experience is a plus
Must be minimum age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner using suggestive selling techniques
Describes all menu items, prices and methods of preparation
Ensures station and table set ups are complete prior to service and at the end of the shift
Clears tables during service
Maintains area with all supplies
Controls guest checks to secure proper payment
Communicates and works closely with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Assists guests as necessary
Performs all other duties as needed
