Job Requirements

  • Must be minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours
  • Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check
  • Must pass drug testing as per companys Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2+ years of previous experience working as a server preferred
  • Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional and dependable
  • Fine dining serving experience is a plus
  • Must be minimum age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

  • Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner using suggestive selling techniques
  • Describes all menu items, prices and methods of preparation
  • Ensures station and table set ups are complete prior to service and at the end of the shift
  • Clears tables during service
  • Maintains area with all supplies
  • Controls guest checks to secure proper payment
  • Communicates and works closely with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assists guests as necessary
  • Performs all other duties as needed
