Job Requirements
- Must have restaurant wait staff experience
- Micros and cash handling experience is required
- TABC/TIPS and Food Handler certifications are required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Candidates must be able to speak fluent English
- Must be able to stand entire shift and work in a busy environment

Job Duties
- Complete knowledge of service time, menu and specials
- Take guest orders
- Prepare and serve orders using Moments of Service and Power of Engagement
- Inquire if additional service is needed or upsell
- Responsible for each check
- Set and clear tables
- Responsible for set-up, delivery and presentation of each guest order
- Consult with supervisor on any food pick up difficulty
- Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions
- Complete any tasks and side duties assigned by manager
- Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of service areas
- Aid guests in locating other areas of the hotel and walk them if possible
- Adhere to cash handling standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Ensure clean uniform and professional appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company assets
- Follow all company safety and security policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
