Job Duties

  • Preparing and maintaining dining areas with special attention to sanitation and order
  • Greeting and attending to customers upon entrance with a polite and friendly attitude
  • Seating guests, presenting menus, helping guests select food/beverages
  • Take and serve orders in a timely manner
  • Answer questions and make recommendations
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff embracing a team environment
  • Check on tables periodically throughout service time
  • Bus tables in a timely manner
  • Adhere to proper opening and closing requirements
