Job Duties

Preparing and maintaining dining areas with special attention to sanitation and order
Greeting and attending to customers upon entrance with a polite and friendly attitude
Seating guests, presenting menus, helping guests select food/beverages
Take and serve orders in a timely manner
Answer questions and make recommendations
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff embracing a team environment
Check on tables periodically throughout service time
Bus tables in a timely manner
Adhere to proper opening and closing requirements
