Job Duties
- Preparing and maintaining dining areas with special attention to sanitation and order
- Greeting and attending to customers upon entrance with a polite and friendly attitude
- Seating guests, presenting menus, helping guests select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders in a timely manner
- Answer questions and make recommendations
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff embracing a team environment
- Check on tables periodically throughout service time
- Bus tables in a timely manner
- Adhere to proper opening and closing requirements
