Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
Physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
Capability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
Commitment to following health and safety guidelines throughout the workday
Able to relocate to South Burlington, VT before starting work

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including days and nights

Job Duties

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Make menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience
Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
Anticipate and respond to guest needs and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Comply with health and safety regulations including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
