Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to varying temperatures (hot and cold)

Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring high standards of food service
- Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly, following established cash handling procedures
- Manage table assignments effectively to optimize seating and flow, demonstrating strong table management skills
- Proactively suggest additional items to enhance the customer experience (upselling)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to provide seamless service, showcasing excellent teamwork
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally, exhibiting strong communication skills
- Possess thorough menu knowledge to answer customer questions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive dining experience
