Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • must be able to maintain composure during busy periods
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stay calm and professional in high-stress situations
  • proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  • make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • carefully monitors the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
  • maintains a clean and organized workspace
  • maintains regular and punctual attendance
  • engage with and understand our guests including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
