Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
must be able to maintain composure during busy periods
ability to stand for extended periods
flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to stay calm and professional in high-stress situations
proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100 percent guest satisfaction
carefully monitors the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
maintains a clean and organized workspace
maintains regular and punctual attendance
engage with and understand our guests including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
