Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years restaurant front of the house experience
  • willing and supportive team member that contributes to the restaurant departmental goals
  • able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • effective at working multiple priorities, working under stress, time management and exercise good judgment with guest and employee situations and challenges
  • must have flexibility in performing different job roles within the restaurant
  • knowledgeable in the use of POS system and accuracy of order entries
  • available to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week including the weekend and holidays
  • ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Bus tables efficiently, effectively, promptly and discreetly
  • serve water and bread and butter to guests and refill beverages as needed
  • remove full linen bags as needed
  • promptly and accurately ring in, set up and deliver room service orders and collect and process payments
  • maintain the cleanliness, stocking and organization of the dining area and server stations
  • assist with any spills and clean up needed as per safety requirements
  • greet tables with water if server is not immediately available
  • help servers and expeditor run food and beverages to tables
  • maintain a basic knowledge of menu items, ingredients and beverages
  • perform opening and closing side work
  • support extended duties as directed by management
