Job Requirements
- At least 2 years restaurant front of the house experience
- willing and supportive team member that contributes to the restaurant departmental goals
- able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- effective at working multiple priorities, working under stress, time management and exercise good judgment with guest and employee situations and challenges
- must have flexibility in performing different job roles within the restaurant
- knowledgeable in the use of POS system and accuracy of order entries
- available to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week including the weekend and holidays
- ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Bus tables efficiently, effectively, promptly and discreetly
- serve water and bread and butter to guests and refill beverages as needed
- remove full linen bags as needed
- promptly and accurately ring in, set up and deliver room service orders and collect and process payments
- maintain the cleanliness, stocking and organization of the dining area and server stations
- assist with any spills and clean up needed as per safety requirements
- greet tables with water if server is not immediately available
- help servers and expeditor run food and beverages to tables
- maintain a basic knowledge of menu items, ingredients and beverages
- perform opening and closing side work
- support extended duties as directed by management
