Job Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant serving or waitstaff roles
Hands-on experience with cash handling and cashier duties
Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
Patience and a customer-focused attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm demeanor
Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
High school diploma is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

Preparing restaurant tables with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Greet and attend to customers as they arrive
Present menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages
Take orders and serve food and drinks
Answer questions and recommend complementary items
Work collaboratively with fellow team members and kitchen/bar staff
Address customer complaints or issues with a positive and proactive approach
Issue bills and process payments efficiently
