Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience
- take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- serve brunch dishes, coffee, bakery, and pastry items in a timely manner
- answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when needed
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas
- assist with cleaning and resetting tables
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and coworkers
- follow all food safety and hygiene standards
