We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our bustling brunch restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience from greeting through to the final interaction. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in both Spanish and English, facilitating effective communication with a broad range of customers and team members alike. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, serving an array of delightful brunch dishes along with coffee, bakery, and pastry items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas. Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • serve brunch dishes, coffee, bakery, and pastry items in a timely manner
  • answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when needed
  • ensure customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas
  • assist with cleaning and resetting tables
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff and coworkers
  • follow all food safety and hygiene standards
