  • Provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs
  • Create positive first and lasting impressions throughout the dining experience
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • Confidently answer questions, suggest pairings, and promote menu items
  • Order & Service Execution
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy
  • Deliver meals and beverages promptly and confirm guest satisfaction
  • Section & Table Care
  • Manage assigned tables effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests
  • Maintain an organized and inviting dining area
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work cooperatively with team members across all restaurant areas
  • Assist with bussing, food running, preparation tasks, and general upkeep as needed
  • Payment Processing
  • Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately
  • Cleanliness & Food Safety
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and guest areas
  • Complete assigned side work to ensure supplies are stocked and service areas remain clean
