- Servers are responsible for understanding the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations, accurately taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guests receive timely food and beverages
- This role focuses on exceeding expectations through attentive service, strong teamwork, and a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
- Provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs
- Create positive first and lasting impressions throughout the dining experience
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Confidently answer questions, suggest pairings, and promote menu items
- Order & Service Execution
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly and confirm guest satisfaction
- Section & Table Care
- Manage assigned tables effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests
- Maintain an organized and inviting dining area
- Team Collaboration
- Work cooperatively with team members across all restaurant areas
- Assist with bussing, food running, preparation tasks, and general upkeep as needed
- Payment Processing
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately
- Cleanliness & Food Safety
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and guest areas
- Complete assigned side work to ensure supplies are stocked and service areas remain clean
