We are currently seeking a Restaurant Server to join our exceptional team at Leisure Care. This role is integral to ensuring that our dining experiences meet the personalized preferences and expectations of our residents. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of service from the kitchen to the dining area, helping residents navigate the salad bar and beverage stations, and offering friendly and professional service with an understanding of basic food offerings and menu content. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience that residents look forward to daily. In addition to your service duties, you will play a key role in keeping the restaurant environment clean and properly set up to uphold the high standards that Leisure Care residents expect. While previous restaurant server experience is preferred, it is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to grow in the hospitality and senior living industry. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant server experience preferred but not required
- Ability to assist residents with food and beverage preferences
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

- Keep the restaurant properly cleaned and set-up to meet resident expectations
