  • ability to work in a loud, tight, and occasionally hot environment

Job Duties

  • promote and sell Sevilla’s culinary delights and unique beverages following company steps of service
  • follow the Sevilla steps of service specific to the job code
  • use opening and closing checklists daily to track procedure completion
  • create the best guest experience and cultivate customer return
  • respond promptly to guest needs or requests
  • enter food and beverage orders accurately following Aloha policy
  • evaluate quality of items served and avoid substandard presentation
  • oversee Busser activities ensuring proper table clearing
  • run food whenever possible
  • maintain table by clearing dirty items
  • assist at the host stand when no tables need immediate service
  • collect payment and adhere to cash handling procedures
  • address routine guest concerns and escalate non-routine issues to management
  • maintain side work and room appearance standards
  • complete end of night side work with manager sign-off
  • properly complete check out procedures
  • uphold sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
  • report maintenance, security, or safety issues immediately
  • perform other duties assigned by management
  • always carry a tray during service
  • maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • provide excellent customer service
  • engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • follow show server duties including proper setup and ticket handling if applicable
  • complete all assigned training tests and courses
  • maintain a positive and team-oriented work attitude
  • adhere to uniform policy as per Sevilla handbook
