Shamin Hotels is currently looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Restaurant Servers. This position is integral to creating positive dining experiences and maintaining Shamin Hotels' reputation for exceptional guest service. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring all guest needs are met efficiently and courteously. Candidates will engage with guests to provide menu recommendations, handle billing and payments, and collaborate closely with other restaurant and kitchen staff to foster a seamless operation. Serving as the face of the restaurant, the server’s role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success through upselling and attentive service.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physical capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- passion for providing exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming manner
- having thorough menu knowledge including specials and promotions
- taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- utilizing suggestive selling techniques to promote additional items
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
- engaging with guests courteously to address questions and concerns
- presenting bills and processing payments accurately
- collaborating with kitchen and bartenders for smooth operations
