The role of Server 1 at Invited is integral to maintaining the high standards of hospitality the company is known for. As a critical member of the food and beverage team, the Server 1 is tasked with providing outstanding service to members and guests to enhance their overall experience at the clubs. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering personalized and attentive service defined by Invited’s renowned 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server 1 collaborates closely with other team members, management, and support staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. While primarily a service role, Server 1 also assists in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining areas and actively supports the club’s operational needs.

This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager, emphasizing a structured yet collaborative working environment. The responsibilities span greeting members by name, executing orders accurately and promptly, handling any service-related issues with professionalism and effective recovery techniques, and ensuring that all service areas comply with stringent club standards for safety and cleanliness. Server 1 also engages in regular training and development activities, including Invited’s F&B service training program, to continually refine service skills and stay current with club policies and industry best practices.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate with skills, experience, education, and location, with additional considerations for hours worked in non-exempt roles.
