We are currently seeking competent Restaurant Servers to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the high service standards our patrons expect. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, responsible for taking and delivering orders with professionalism and a positive attitude. Your role goes beyond simply serving food and beverages; you will help create an atmosphere that ensures guests feel valued and well-cared for from the moment they enter our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, both literally and figuratively, and possess a friendly, polite demeanor. You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness. Prior experience in restaurant serving is essential, along with excellent communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate effectively with other staff, including kitchen and bar teams. Your focus will be to provide high-quality service that satisfies guests and encourages repeat visits, helping the resort maintain and grow its customer base.

As part of your responsibilities, you will prepare restaurant tables with a strong emphasis on sanitation and orderliness, greet customers warmly upon arrival, present menus, and assist them in selecting food and beverages. You will also be expected to handle customer inquiries and recommend complementary products, manage any issues or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach, and efficiently process bills and payments.
