Job Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
a warm and professional demeanor reflecting the company culture

Job Qualifications

Combination of education and experience
previous hotel experience is a plus
strong communication skills

ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
maintain a clean and organized dining area
provide friendly and attentive service to all guests
communicate effectively with the kitchen and management staff
report to the Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager
uphold a positive attitude and professional demeanor
assist with guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
