Job Duties

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  • Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
  • Carefully monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Engage with and understand guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
