Job Duties
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
- Carefully monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Engage with and understand guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
