Job Requirements

Minimum age 18 years
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Capability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and carrying trays
Strong communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, carrying trays, and walking
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Warmly greet and welcome guests, guiding them through the menu and daily specials
Accurately take food and beverage orders, clearly communicating any special requests to the kitchen
Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to provide an exceptional dining experience
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal, state, local regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, escalating to management when necessary
