Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests, guiding them through the menu and daily specials
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, clearly communicating any special requests to the kitchen
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to provide an exceptional dining experience
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal, state, local regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
  • Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, escalating to management when necessary
