Job Requirements

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests guiding them through the menu and daily specials
- Accurately take food and beverage orders clearly communicating any special requests to the kitchen
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables ensuring presentation standards are met
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables chairs and service stations
- Adhere strictly to all operational safety and sanitation standards company policies and federal state local regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Proactively address any guest concerns or issues escalating to management when necessary
