Job Requirements

At least one year of experience as a restaurant server
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Strong communication skills
Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a restaurant server
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
Carefully monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Engage with and understand guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
