Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, guiding them through the menu and daily specials
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, clearly communicating any special requests to the kitchen
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, escalating to management when necessary
