Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation
Prior related experience with excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving skills
Ability to responsibly serve alcohol to guests
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing guest needs
Ability to work well with co-workers
Passion for hospitality and food and beverage industry
Flexible availability
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lbs
Ability to frequently bend, reach overhead, twist
Ability to stand or walk for entire shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide courteous and prompt service to guests
Adhere to Emmy's Steps of Service
Accurately enter guest orders into Breadcrumb POS system
Maintain full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
Personalize guest experience by understanding needs and offering suggestions
Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff
Perform opening and closing duties
Maintain a clean and presentable work environment
Maintain a positive and outgoing demeanor during service
Promote safety for self, co-workers, and guests
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
