Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
must be 18 years of age or older
valid Food Worker Card required
prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Job Duties

Service of food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery, and clearing of food and beverage items
check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and/or restaurant promotions
take orders and input into Point of Sale system
retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests
ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding service of alcoholic beverages
