Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to lift objects over 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination tasks
- Ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed
- Must follow all safety and security procedures
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications

- No supervisory experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- Record transactions accurately in the MICROS system
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware throughout the day
- Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
- Present accurate checks to guests and process payments
- Follow all company safety and security policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Develop positive working relationships with team members
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
