Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for handling transactions
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure guest health
Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen operations is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining composure under pressure
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed
Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines
Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilizing retail math skills for accuracy
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Assist with food handling and preparation as needed to support kitchen operations
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the caf\u00e9
