Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace
- stand and walk frequently for more than 8 hours per day

- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods
- knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Prepare the restaurant for service by cleaning guest and service spaces and stocking essential supplies
- learn details on each menu item to provide food and beverage recommendations to guests
- accurately detail each order ensuring accuracy and guest delight
- effectively engage and build rapport with guests to identify needs and ensure guest satisfaction
- proactively communicate special needs or requests and take ownership to resolve guest challenges collaborating with the team
- maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces throughout and after shift completing side work and stocking as needed
- maintain professionalism consistent with restaurant and company expectations
- know and communicate restaurant emergency procedures and assist guests in emergencies
- take on additional tasks as assigned by restaurant leadership
