The Server position at Workman's Travel Centers is a vital role designed to enhance the customer dining experience by providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service. This first shift job runs from 6 AM to 2 PM and reports directly to the Restaurant Manager. The Server's primary responsibility is to take accurate orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Given the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry, the ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and excellent customer service skills is essential.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, presenting menus, informing patrons about daily specials, and making suitable recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the dining experience. The Server must also be knowledgeable about the menu items, capable of explaining how dishes are prepared, and handling customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism. Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner
