We are currently hiring Servers who will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of customer service. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage starting at $6.75 plus tips, with an average total hourly earning of $22 to $25. The position features set schedules that support work-life balance and an encouraging environment with opportunity for advancement. As a Server, you will be the first touch point for guests entering our establishments, responsible for offering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish. Your duties will include greeting and interacting with guests in a timely and courteous manner, managing drink orders, accurately inputting purchase orders in the point-of-sale system, and adhering strictly to all state, federal, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
Beyond these core responsibilities, your role involves meticulous attention to detail in maintaining bar setup, managing stock and daily preparation of fresh garnishes, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. This position requires effective communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to efficiently handle cash transactions. Our team members are also expected to demonstrate a strong knowledge of menu items and brand promotions, operate point-of-sale technology smoothly, and maintain professionalism even during high-pressure situations. Job Requirements
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- Other duties as assigned
- Six months experience in retail or food service
- High school diploma preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Experience handling customer service issues
- Basic math skills for cash register operation
- Food handlers permit
- Brand certification
- Ability to memorize menu items
- Proficiency with point of sale systems
- Ability to stand for long periods in confined spaces
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience working in retail or food service environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Experience in dealing with customer service problems
- Basic mathematical skills
- Food handlers permit as required by law
- Brand certification as required
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Ability to operate keyboard and point of sale procedures
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
- Use recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks
- Input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
- Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- Always maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times
