Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a server role preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems such as Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

- Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting guests as needed
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Micros POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including sanitizing tables and service stations
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while adhering to basic math principles
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Comply with all food handling regulations and safety standards within the culinary environment
