- Previous server experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must comply with state beverage service guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items including beverages
- Ensure correct orders and billing
- Maintain knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection
- Apply suggestive selling techniques
- Complete opening and closing restaurant duties
