As a Food and Beverage Server at HHM, you will be the face of the hospitality experience, responsible for ensuring that guests receive prompt, accurate, and high-quality service in accordance with established brand and hotel standards. You will handle taking and placing food and beverage orders through the point of service system, managing guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas. Your responsibilities will include setting and clearing tables, restocking service stations, and assisting in other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during peak times or staff shortages.

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Set and clear tables in dining areas
- Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws
- Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly
- Prepare guest check and if appropriate complete payment transaction
- Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing in the event of staff shortages or peak periods
