Job Requirements

- Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties
- Manage a full dining section independently, including greeting guests and order taking
- Deliver food and beverages according to service and timing standards
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and dining room flow
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary
- Process all forms of payment accurately, including room charges
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining compliance with alcohol laws
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the bar area
- Manage hotel market or grab-and-go retail area during shifts
- Stock, rotate, and monitor product freshness and quality
- Execute opening, running, and closing side work without supervision
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across dining and bar areas
- Support food running, bussing, and table resets
- Assist with takeout orders, phone inquiries, and room service
- Adapt to shifting priorities and cover multiple functions as needed
- Stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
