Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Strong rapport building skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure settings
- Confidentiality and discretion when dealing with high-profile guests
- Availability to work varied shifts including breakfast and late finishes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is an advantage
- Willingness to learn about the club's menus and offerings
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Duties
- Be the main point of contact for the member's dining experience, tailoring service to deliver exceptional moments
- Use unrivalled knowledge of menus to answer queries and provide recommendations
- Maintain impeccable presentation and a friendly, open energy even when not directly interacting with guests
- Ensure food and drink quality and presentation meet Ned's standards
- Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment protecting guests and teammates
- Collaborate with membership relations team to provide an amazing experience
- Build rapport with members, learning preferences and storing info for future visits
