As a Restaurant Food Server, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to our guests. You will maintain an organized section throughout your shift, ensuring that service areas are clean and accommodating to guests' needs. In this role, you will greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently. Continuous engagement with guests to confirm their satisfaction and address any needs throughout their meal will highlight your commitment to service excellence. You will also support your teammates by assisting with resetting tables and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Effective communication with both the kitchen staff and service teams is critical to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Must comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
