This role involves serving food and beverage in a courteous and friendly manner, upholding the company’s high standards of guest service and sustainability. Servers are responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-service (POS) systems, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly by collaborating with kitchen staff, and maintaining clean and well-stocked service areas. They also handle guest check preparation and payment transactions, and in periods of high demand, assist with other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing.
In addition to these operational tasks, the AM Restaurant Server plays a crucial part in contributing to guest satisfaction. It demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. HHM Hotels provides competitive wages for both full-time and part-time positions along with a comprehensive benefits package. The work environment is active and involves standing for extended periods, walking, and some physical labor, which ensures that employees are actively engaged throughout their shifts. The role schedule may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts, providing flexibility and variety.
Overall, the AM Restaurant Server position at HHM Hotels is a vibrant opportunity for those seeking to grow their careers in the hospitality industry while being part of a company that values capability, excellence, service, and sustainability.
