Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or restaurant roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a restaurant server, waiter, wait staff, runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member, customer service, or other part time FOH restaurant job is highly desirable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Be the face of Top Dawg Tavern and answer any questions customers may have about menu items, daily features and beverage options
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Issue bills to customers at end of their meal and accept payment
