As a Restaurant Server at Huddle House, you will play a vital role in delivering first-class customer service and food service within a dynamic and friendly environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day service operations by properly receiving and relaying food orders, ensuring timely delivery of meals, and maintaining cleanliness in your assigned area. In this role, you will be expected to greet customers warmly, guide them through the menu, suggestively sell products to enhance their dining experience, and accurately handle their orders using the point-of-sale system. You will also be responsible for processing payments, ensuring all transactions are accounted for before the end of your shift, and following food safety and cash security policies. Your duties extend to maintaining restaurant cleanliness, including bussing tables, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms, which all contribute to the high standards the brand upholds.
