Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Capability to handle physical demands such as standing and carrying trays
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to complete a pre-hire health assessment and drug screen
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with senior residents
- Attention to detail in food presentation and service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs of elderly individuals
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
- Deliver food from kitchen to dining area
- Create a dining experience that supports residents' nutritional wellness goals
- Ensure food is presented appealingly and healthfully
- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Perform shift duties such as delivering racks of cups, rolling silverware, bussing tables
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
