Job Qualifications
- alcohol awareness certification or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills for handling cash and credit
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to members
- ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards
- alert management of any service and/or safety issues
- prepare and present food and beverages according to health and presentation standards
- greet members and take orders promptly and professionally
- clear and clean tables efficiently
- perform side-work and other required opening or closing duties
- maintain cleanliness of wait staff stations throughout shift
- assist with other duties as assigned
