This Full-Time, Non-Management Food and Beverage Service position is located at 465 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, California. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $22.15 per hour plus tips and requires physical stamina to perform various service-related duties. The primary purpose of the role is to provide a professional, courteous, and efficient presentation of food and beverage services to guests. Key tasks include setting and clearing tables, serving water, bread, and coffee, greeting guests by name when possible, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards throughout the service period.

The role demands attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and proper setup of all workspace areas and dining surfaces, inspecting all china, glassware, and silverware for presentation and sanitation before use, and managing closing tasks that encompass storing reusable items, cleaning equipment, locking refrigerators, restocking items, and completing daily cleaning checklists. The position also involves supporting team efforts to meet quality control standards and maintaining clear and professional communication with colleagues and guests alike.

Physical abilities necessary include standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods during shifts, moving and lifting items up to 50 pounds, and navigating various types of surfaces and stairs. Candidates must comply with Marriott's safety policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance consistent with company standards, and uphold confidentiality and asset protection protocols.

Job Duties
