Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles beneficial
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Focus on keeping the dish, trash, and floors areas clean and organized to health and kitchen standards
- Maintain dish machine
- Organize dish area with all solutions for pots, pans, sinks, and silver
- Assist with preparation and additional cleaning throughout kitchen
- Know how to use all sanitizing materials used for cleaning
