Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is an advantage
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as the Kaivac Univac
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Job Duties

Maintains all utensils and food production equipment in good working order by using proper cleaning, sharpening, and storage procedures
Performs maintenance tasks as scheduled or assigned
Demonstrates knowledge of utilization of the Kaivac Univac for mopping, scrubbing, and drying floors in the kitchen, restrooms, and dining rooms
Learns and applies the correct location for all items stored and used, including food products, paper products, and cleaning supplies
Mops spills or leaks quickly to prevent accidents
Demonstrates knowledge of proper handling and storage of all sanitizing and cleaning chemicals
Cleans customer service areas following proper procedures, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units
Follows proper procedures for maintaining sidewalks and parking lot sanitation, including sweeping and scrubbing
Notifies management of any leaks or equipment failures such as refrigerators or freezers not maintaining proper temperatures
Disposes of all trash properly
