Full-time employees, and those who meet minimum weekly hour requirements, are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, underscoring Whataburger’s commitment to the welfare of its team.

Whataburger is not just about burgers; it is a family that nurtures future leaders and entrepreneurs, supports veterans, military spouses, and fosters an inclusive culture by partnering with diverse organizations such as the National Federation of State High School Associations, RecruitMilitary, InHerSight, and the Hispanic/Latino Professionals Association. This dedication to diversity and equal employment opportunity makes Whataburger a welcoming workplace for everyone, regardless of background.
