Job Requirements

  • College degree in hospitality or business management preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in the food service industry
  • At least two years of experience in banquet and catering function
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Knowledge of banquet services and sales
  • Knowledge of food cost and labor analysis
  • Ability to train and motivate personnel
  • Ability to communicate well among staff both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Five years of experience in food service industry with a minimum two years in banquet and catering functions

Job Duties

  • Manages the execution and detailing of all food operation functions to ensure delivery of an exceptional customer service experience
  • Manages and oversees the daily operations of restaurants
  • Analyzes and evaluates food and beverage management and profit and loss statement information to determine alternate courses of action
  • Monitors proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service
  • Monitors appearance of food served and communicates deviations from standard
  • Responsible for the administration of controls in all of the managed areas to ensure economical and profitable established standards are maintained
  • Co-manages the Food Operations Team in conjunction with the Beverage Department
  • Responsible for ensuring the proper movement and set-up of all equipment needed
  • Responsible for the creation and administering of standard procedures, trainings, and corrective discipline
  • Assigns daily tasks to staff to ensure successful guest experiences
  • Counsels, guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties
  • Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures and follows up to ensure that hazards are eliminated
  • Prepares and coordinates the periodic performance reviews of assigned personnel
  • Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars
