The Restaurant Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales, improving guest retention, and enhancing overall profitability by implementing effective management operating procedures (MOP).

Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss centers with adherence to our company's credo and guiding principles, developing and executing strategies for marketing promotions to increase customer traffic, and ensuring a cohesive and motivated team by identifying staffing needs and fostering leadership development among high-potential employees. This role also places a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for both guests and staff, handling guest complaints tactfully to transform dissatisfaction into loyalty.

Administrative duties include timely completion of financial, personnel, and payroll-related tasks in compliance with company policies, as well as partnering with Human Resources on decisions regarding hiring, terminations, and wage adjustments. The success of the Restaurant Operations Manager will be measured through key metrics such as guest satisfaction scores, revenue growth, effective cost control, optimal staffing levels, and continuous team member development.

Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and back-office processes is essential. A preferred qualification is a four-year college degree, which complements the practical experience required.
