Celebrated for its energetic crew and an engaging culture that embraces the philosophy 'Work Hard. Have Fun.', Raising Cane's continues its rapid expansion, aiming to become one of the top 10 restaurant brands in the United States. This vision is supported by a strong team-oriented environment where each crew member's role is pivotal to the company’s sustained success and impressive growth trajectory.
The company offers a welcoming work environment with competitive compensation beginning at $26.00 per hour (varying by location and experience), comprehensive benefits, and numerous incentives designed to attract and retain talented individuals. Employee wellbeing and career development are prioritized through various benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) plans with employer matches, and employee assistance programs, among others.
The Operations Manager role at Raising Cane's is a critical leadership position charged with supporting the Restaurant Leader in maintaining the highest standards of restaurant operations and fostering the vibrant Raising Cane's culture. This full-time position demands a dedicated individual capable of managing diverse restaurant functions, including opening and closing duties, cash handling with accountability, and ensuring both smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager serves not only as a shift leader but also as a key enforcer of company policies and procedures, fostering a safe and efficient workplace.
Operational excellence is a core expectation, and the successful candidate will be adept at managing crewmembers by deploying them effectively during shifts and utilizing documentation tools for monitoring performance and corrective actions. Providing exemplary customer service and engaging employees through recognition programs are also essential duties. The role entails maintaining cleanliness, quality, and safety standards while authorizing necessary employee functions and adhering to operational protocols.
