- Food safety certification

Job Duties

- Supervise daily operations ensuring adherence to high standards
- Follow recipes and food safety standards strictly
- Monitor and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and implement the First Watch Five Steps of Service consistently
- Address customer and employee concerns with urgency
- Manage repair and maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure food safety certifications and safe handling practices
- Recruit and interview candidates to build a strong team
- Maintain security of company assets
- Oversee responsibilities of all restaurant positions
- Stop and investigate inappropriate behavior
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize outstanding performance
- Manage daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
