Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Food safety certification
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple operational areas

  • Availability to work day shifts with no night shifts
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks
  • Ability to respond promptly to urgent issues

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Learn and support the You First culture and core values
  • Supervise daily operations ensuring adherence to high standards
  • Follow recipes and food safety standards strictly
  • Monitor and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
  • Coach and implement the First Watch Five Steps of Service consistently
  • Address customer and employee concerns with urgency
  • Manage repair and maintenance issues promptly
  • Ensure food safety certifications and safe handling practices
  • Recruit and interview candidates to build a strong team
  • Maintain security of company assets
  • Oversee responsibilities of all restaurant positions
  • Stop and investigate inappropriate behavior
  • Train, coach, and develop team members daily
  • Recognize outstanding performance
  • Manage daily revenues and deposits
  • Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
